Booking An Appointment
Please contact Sharon (Office Manager) and she will book an appointment for one of our sweeps to visit your property. Please avoid disappointment and book early. We’ll advise you of the soonest available slot on our busy calendar. Once we have swept your chimney we can provide you with a free reminder service. To arrange this service, please speak to your sweep on his visit.

0 – 15 miles standard sweep £85.00
15 – 20 miles standard sweep £90.00
20 – 25 miles standard sweep £95.00
25 – 30 miles standard sweep £100.00
30 – 35 miles standard sweep £105.00
35 – 40 miles standard sweep £110.00
Late Payment charge – £10.00. The sweep is to be paid on completion of the work. if not then a fee of £10.00 will be added to the invoice. This fee can be deducted if the payment is made in full on the day of our services.
Missed Appointments/Call out Fee/Too HOT to sweep (sweeps attends property) are charged a fee from £50.00
Late cancellations within 48hrs are charged a fee of £30.00
Preparation for the sweeping appointment: Please refrain from using the appliance for 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Inspection With Every Sweep
The duration of a sweep typically lasts from 45 minutes to 1 hour. A thorough inspection of your solid fuel appliance is included and any faults will be highlighted to the customer during your sweep appointment. In the event that we discover a problem, we can also advise on what repairs are needed to ensure your chimney is safe. Thorough Services
To ensure your fire draws properly and that the chimney is completely free of soot, dirt and debris, we’ll clean your chimney a minimum of 4 times to be absolutely certain that you receive exceptional service. On completion, we’ll warm the chimney and carry out a smoke test that shows the correct draw of your fireplace and check for any leaks. Then, we’ll issue an official chimney sweeping certificate that may be used as evidence for house insurance purposes. We can also provide you with carbon monoxide alarms and other chimney accessories. Finally, we’re always happy to show our customers the brush out of the top of the chimney – a long-standing tradition that is believed to bring good luck!
