Preferred Payment Method – CASH, Please pay our staff on completion of the work. Please place you payment in a envelope and write your name and postcode and amount paid on the front of the envelope.
GOOGLE PAY – accepted as no contact (tapping your device on the card reader) is required.
APPLE PAY – accepted as no contact (tapping your device on the card reader) is required.
Card Payments – Contactless card payments now have a limit of £100.00, so no need to touch the card reader. Please Note: The card reader is cleaned after use!
Any payment not made before we leave your property will be charged a £10.00 Late Payment Fee

All prices are (inc VAT) and subject to VAT at the standard rate.
Payment is due when the work has been completed.
Payment can be made via cash, debit card.BACS payment, a charge (£10.00) will be added to any invoice not paid on completion. This is to cover admin costs (finding payments).
Cancellation PolicyIf you would like to cancel your appointment then please cancel more than 48 hours from your appointment. If the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours then a fee of £30.00 will be changed. If we arrive at your property and are unable to carry out the work due to, customer not in, then a fee from £50.00 will be charged.
Our Company has reliable, efficient ad trustworthy workers who perform the work for the customer in a professional and timely manner.
The customer must provide our workers access to a 240v socket to complete the work. The customer agrees to allow us access to the property during the allotted job time (where needed). If the Client is not going to be present at the property during this time, then necessary arrangements should be made to ensure we still have access and these should be detailed to us at the time of booking.
Gutter Clearing and Cleaning definitions: ‘Gutter Cleaning’ is another term used for ‘gutter clearing’, and as such does not refer to cleaning the outside of the Client’s gutters. This term refers to the removal of debris and blockages from the gutters such as leaves, plants, moss, and other waste. The gutter clearing process varies in time to complete. Gutter clearance is not guaranteed, and a property surrounded with trees can often fill again quickly. Any dissatisfaction should be reported within 14 days. The Company will not deal with gutter clearing complaints after this time from the date the work was carried out.
By using our service, you agree to pay the full quoted amount on completion of the works. If the Client provides improper details and information then the Company has the right to amend any previous evaluations and may increase the price originally quoted for.
In the event that one of our staff discovers an issue during the works which will require significantly increased labour time and/or different parts/materials than that originally quoted, a re-quotation will be provided to the Client.

Appointment TimesWe will provide the customer with an appointment time. Please allow 30 mins either side of these timings to allow for factors beyond our control such as heavy traffic, road works or unforeseen delays. The company reserves the right to re-schedule the job to another date as agreed with the customer.
The company is covered by Public Liability insurance, details which can be requested, if required.
Pets and Children
It is your responsibility to keep pets and children supervised within the property throughout our visit. They should remain in a separate room for the duration of our visit and have a designated responsible person(s) with them at all times. We cannot accept liability for loss or injury.Security
The sweeping process involves multiple trips to and from our vehicle. This means access doors sometimes remain open. It is the responsibility of the customer or their designated person to ensure all valuables are secure and away from the work route/area.
